Panagiotis Stavrou

Panagiotis Stavrou, 64, of Round Lake Beach, Illinois, passed away at 11:25 am, Tuesday,  February 24, 2026 at his residence, Round Lake Beach, Illinois.

Visitation for Panagiotis will be Monday, March 2, 2026, 9:00 am - 10:00 am, with services to follow at 10:00 am, at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, located at 1400 O'Plaine Road, Libertyville, Illinois. 

Interment will take place at New Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Cemetery, Third Lake, Illinois.

Panagiotis was born March 26, 1961, in Greece, the son of Vasilios and Argyro (nee Angelatou) Stavrou.  Panagiotis was preceded in death by both of his parents; cherished brothers Michael Stavrou  and Chrysostomos Stavrou.

Panagiotis is the dear brother of Hlias Stavrou; loving brother-In-Law of Afroditi (Michael) Stavrou; cherished uncle and grand uncle of many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Panagiotis' family.
