Patricia T. Hastings, 90, of Des Plaines, Illinois, passed away at 6:28 am, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois.

Visitation Tuesday, October 1, 2024 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium , 9568 Belmont Avenue, Franklin Park, Illinois.

Entombment service Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 10:30 am, St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleums, 6800 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, Illinois.

Please meet directly at the cemetery 10:15 am.
